This is my first time ordering from Citrus, and the customer service was exceptional. I contacted Citrus through Insta dms, and the responses were quick and overall amazing service. My vinyl came packaged nicely, however the sleeve the CD was in, was ripped at the edges. I assume this occured due to rough shipping. I understand theres only so much you can control with shipping, however I think better packaging could’ve helped avoid this problem. Not sure if it was the courier or Citrus fault, however there was some slight damage. Great service, but perhaps the vinyl’s should be handled with more care.
