At Citrus, we offer select merchandise through a pre-order model to bring you special pieces that aren't part of our regular inventory. Items marked with the "PRE-ORDER" tag are available through this system, while other products ship immediately from our in-stock collection. OUR PRE-ORDER SCHEDULE

Pre-Order Windows:

  • Active Periods: 1st and 3rd weeks of each month
  • Order Placement: We place bulk orders with our suppliers during the 2nd and 4th weeks.

This schedule means your pre-order timing determines when you'll receive your items:

  • Orders placed during Week 1: Processing begins Week 2
  • Orders placed during Week 3: Processing begins Week 4

 

HOW TO PRE-ORDER

  1. Browse & Select: Choose your merchandise during an active pre-order window.
  2. Complete Payment: Full payment is required upfront to secure your order.
  3. Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation with estimated delivery timeframe.
  4. Processing: Your order enters our next supplier order cycle.
  5. Delivery: Once received from our suppliers, your items are inspected for quality and shipped directly to you.

 

IMPORTANT POLICIES

Limited Availability:

  • Each pre-order item is limited to 4 units per order cycle.
  • Once the 4-unit limit is reached for an item, new orders will be processed in the next order cycle.

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required at checkout to secure your place in the current order cycle.
  • This ensures we can guarantee your item and maintain our ordering schedule.

Estimated Timeframes:

  • Standard Pre-Order: 2-3 weeks from order date to delivery
  • Special Collections: May have different timeframes (specified on product pages)

Return Policy for Pre-Order Items:

  • Pre-order items follow our standard 5-day return policy
  • Return window begins from the date you receive your item, not the order date
  • Items must be unworn with original tags attached and/or in its original packaging
  • Please email us for a return authorization before sending any items back

Order Status Updates:

  • We'll send email notifications when:
    • Your order is confirmed
    • Your order has been placed with our supplier
    • Your order has arrived and is being prepared for shipment

HOW TO IDENTIFY PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Look For These Indicators:

  • "PRE-ORDER" tag prominently displayed on the product image
  • Delivery timeframe listed in the product description
  • Special pre-order pricing (when applicable)

All other items without these indicators are available for immediate shipping from our regular inventory.

Q: Why do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
A: Full payment secures your place in our current order cycle and allows us to place orders with our suppliers immediately. This ensures faster processing and helps us maintain our ordering schedule.

Q: What if I miss the pre-order window?
A: If you miss an active pre-order window, you can still place your order, but it will be processed in the next available cycle. Check our Instagram for the latest window status.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
A: Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund only if we have not yet placed the order with our supplier. Once supplier orders are placed (2nd and 4th weeks), cancellations are not possible.

Q: How will I know when my order will arrive?
A: Your order confirmation will include an estimated delivery timeframe based on when you placed your order. We'll also send updates at key stages of the fulfillment process.

Q: What if an item becomes unavailable after I've pre-ordered?
A: In the rare event that a supplier cannot fulfill an item, we'll contact you immediately to offer alternatives or a full refund.

Q: Can I mix pre-order and in-stock items in the same order?
A: Yes! Your order will ship in two parts: in-stock items will ship immediately, while pre-order items will follow our pre-order schedule.

Q: Do pre-order items ever become regular inventory items?
A: Sometimes! Popular pre-order items may be added to our regular inventory in the future based on demand.

Q: Are there any discounts for pre-ordering?
A: Occasionally we offer special pricing on pre-order items. These will be clearly marked on the product page when available.

Q: Are pre-orders eligible for discount codes?
A: Unless specifically noted, regular discount codes cannot be applied to pre-order items as these are often already offered at special pricing.
